Support Prevention Works!

Thank your for supporting Prevention Works! and our efforts to improve the lives of children and families across Clallam County.  Your donation will make a difference!  For example:

  • Parents across the county, from Forks to Sequim, have participated in parenting classes sponsored by Prevention Works! Each class is tailored to the particular needs of that community.  Parents learn how to cope with challenging parenting situations, age-appropriate behavior, and ways to incorporate learning into everyday activities.
  • Over 1,100 families receive weekly “mini messages” with tips to help parents teach their children seven essential life skills, including self control, critical thinking, and perspective taking. These skills will help children in school and as adults.
