An inspiring expert from The Imagine Institute will be there to show you how it's done! Want to learn more about ways you can start local and go on to have a career helping kids who may have a rough time in life? You can learn all about that, too, at the Child Care Job Fair!
Why you should ALWAYS comfort a child – no matter why they’re crying
“Don’t stand unmoving outside the door of a crying baby whose only desire is to touch you. Go to your baby. Go to your baby a million times. Demonstrate that people can be trusted, that the environment can be trusted, that we live in a benign universe.” ― Peggy O’Mara

"Every child deserves a strong foundation in learning, and PreK On My Way balances the social-emotional and academic skills needed for thriving in kindergarten and beyond." -Richard Robinson, CEO, Scholastic ICYMI: our friends at Scholastic (in partnership with Yale Child Study Center + Children's Learning Institute) has a great new resource for parents and educators. We love that it's a research-based and bilingual program and that it reminds caregivers that critical learning happens well before formal schooling—and parents have what it takes to help!
